The Villa has a heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi (October - May), gardens and terraced areas.



This superior Villa was fully refurbished in 2005 by the present owner. The villa is primarily for the owners use, and all lettings are strictly limited in order to keep the Villa pristine.
At Villa Punta Negra the outside space is really special. In fact the villa was purchased just because of the outside space, before even seeing inside.

The outside area boasts a lawned garden, large outside dining mezzanine with panoramic sea view, utility room (with automatic washing machine - toilet - wash hand basin - shower) and a spar bath overlooking the sea. You can take a spar bath (heated) and watch the world go by; either on the sea or the local beach – all whilst still remaining quite private in you own domain.

The swimming pool, with waterfall feature is heated in the winter months (October - April). It's the perfect place to relax, and what's more - it's all yours, totally private and all in the shadow of the ocean, which you can see from the glass balcony edge!
